Chicago Benefits Consulting has been helping organizations run better benefit plans since 1999.

Our firm helps corporate retirement plan sponsors in the United States run documented and formalized internal monitoring programs.  A well-managed retirement plan provides better returns to participants and serves as a powerful liability buffer for company owners and executives, while providing additional savings opportunities to high-level executives where warranted.  We typically work closely with Human Resources Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Treasurers, Controllers, directly with ownership and with union representatives to achieve these goals.

There are many serious issues to address: Are my plan fees too high? How do I find the time to arrange for multi-location enrollment and education meetings? Is there a better contribution formula that I could be utilizing? Are the investments available through my platform up to industry standards? Am I paying too much for my plan audit?

We have experience in arenas of many sizes. Past Clients have included everything from store front start-ups to large corporate plan sponsors with business locations across the country. We have worked on plans with from 1-20,000 participants, $0-50,000,000 in plan assets and 1 to 30 company locations.
